Individual Therapy Online

With wider availability and use of technology, I have increased my availability of online therapy sessions. Our sessions will typically last 45 minutes and use secure and HIPAA compliant video calling. Individual sessions are a time for you or your child to get some support for a wide range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, ADHD and trauma. During sessions we will prioritize what your goals are and look at barriers that have prevented you from accomplishing them. I use a range of evidence-based practices to fit the individual’s needs.

Walk and Talk Therapy

For some people, moving their world online has been a blessing, for many others, a curse. I have started using walk and talk therapy for the latter. I have many clients who find being outdoors much more relaxing than being in an office or at their computer. Walk and talk therapy allows us significant flexibility- we can walk, throw a ball around and more. If it helps you or your child feel comfortable and more likely to share thoughts and feelings, we can work together to see what fits.
