      <image:title>Home - Sometimes life is hard…</image:title>
<image:caption>Sometimes life is really hard. It gives us experiences that at times can feel unbearable. In my role as a therapist, I aim to help people through these times, by creating a safe place to get some support, learn new skills and explore some of the challenges we frequently encounter. Many of the clients that I work with struggle with negative thoughts, overwhelming emotions and patterns of behavior that just don’t work (at least in the long-term). Oftentimes these difficulties take us away from the type of person that we would like to be. During sessions we will talk about what matters to you, and how you can find ways to move closer to your values.</image:caption>
